The next meetings of the Parish Council will be at 7.30pm in Rudston Village Hall on the following dates:

  • 31 January 2018
  • 28 March 2018
  • Thursday 3 May 2018 - Annual Parish Meeting 7pm immediately followed by the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council
  • 27 June 2018
  • 22 August 2018
  • 10 October 2018
  • 12 December 2018

Time is set aside at the beginning of the meeting for public representations about items on the agenda. Anyone wishing to make a representation should contact the Parish Clerk at least one week before the meeting. A maximum of 4 representations are allowed per meeting, each lasting a maximum of five minutes. No discussion of the representations will follow, but items related to the representations may be referred to a committee or may be added to the agenda for a following meeting.
